2. Services

We provide in particular:

  • Digital web design templates,
  • Setup services for websites,
  • Software (e.g. plugins, tools), and
  • Web applications (webapps/SaaS).

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded once we confirm your order or provide the product/service.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Cancellation Policy)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to:

The deadline is met if you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you within 14 days using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

  • Digital content (downloads, software, webapps/SaaS, streaming):
    Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun contract execution, and you
    (i) have expressly agreed that we may begin execution before the end of the withdrawal period, and
    (ii) have confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download/streaming or provision has started.
  • Services (e.g. setup services):
    The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided you previously gave your express consent to start before the withdrawal period expired.

Agreement to early expiry of the right of withdrawal at checkout:

“I agree that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period. I am aware that my right of withdrawal expires once the download or streaming has started (or access is provided).”

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are net prices plus applicable statutory VAT.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Usage Rights (Licenses)

  • Templates, software, and web apps are protected by copyright.
  • Upon purchase/use, you receive a simple, non-transferable license for your own business or private use during the agreed-upon term (for SaaS/web apps).
  • Use within client projects (e.g. building a website on behalf of a client) is expressly permitted. This means you may integrate our products into your client’s project and charge them for your services.
  • Prohibited are independent resale, separate distribution of the products, sublicensing, or making them publicly available outside of a specific client project.

6. Availability and Updates

  • We strive for high availability; however, maintenance, disruptions, or force majeure may lead to interruptions.
  • For software/web apps, we provide the legally required security and functionality updates during the contract period.

7. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
  • No unlawful use, no automated scraping, no malware, no spam, no unfair competitive use.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • The statutory warranty rights for digital products and services apply.
  • We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and damages to life, body, or health.
  • For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
  • Any further liability is excluded.

Links are provided for information only. We accept no responsibility for external content or offers.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

German law applies; the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
For consumers in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Changes

We may amend these Terms of Use if necessary (e.g. due to legal changes or changes in our services). The version published on our website applies.
